The Indonesia Corporation hosted the ‘2008 2nd local office/dealer workshop’ at the ‘Ppunchak Rumba Hijawu Resort’ near Jakarta from April 2 - 5. About 100 people attended the workshop, which was meant to be a cordial event in which people could discuss business strategies. The workshop included a seminar on the newly adopted ‘warmpad’, an appointment ceremony for new center operators, and group discussions. The group discussions, which continued well into the evening hours, provided an opportunity for participants to exchange information about the business, and the participants themselves claimed that they were satisfied with how they were able to come up with concrete solutions to their problems. A fun game for reinforcing teamwork also entertained all of the participants. The Indonesia Corporation is carrying out such workshops periodically in order to promote company solidarity and provide business partners with an opportunity to come together.
