  <Korea> Ceragem gets certified as an “Excellent Service Quality Firm of 2006” by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy
The systematic A/S System serves to maximize customer satisfaction and to lead the development of the Heat Massager industry

The global health corporation, The Ceragem Co., Ltd. achieved the “Excellent Service Quality Firm of 2006” Certification granted by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy on October 16th. As the first company in the thermal massaging industry to receive great evaluations on their after-service section, Ceragem was able to achieve a full score on the A/S promotion system and management, and customer service management sections, demonstrating Ceragem’s dedication to customer satisfaction.

The Excellent Service Quality Firm Certification was created to improve the consumers’ quality of life and to promote the competitiveness of the firm that receives the certification. The certification is presented to a firm that achieves excellent scores after being evaluated by specialists in each field on the overall service quality of the business site.

Since it was founded in 1998Ceragem Co., Ltd. has established a system for minimizing the discontent through a systematic A/S program. This has been proven to have enhanced the customers’ faith in the thermal massaging industry and has served to accelerate the growth of the industry itself.
In the first half of this year, the company also received the ‘Global Product Award’ of the International Standard Management Awards, allowing Ceragem to be recognized as an industry leader for its quality improvements.
