Under the heading of “On the Job”, CERAGEM China carried out its very first new hire training for its staff. The training was held during the last week of July for 4 days. The 23 members who attended the training carried out on-site training 2 days each at Tianjin plant and Beijing Branch respectively. During 2 days at Tianjin plant, the staff participated in manufacturing process directly and took up hands-on experience in materials, parts for the products and their mechanisms.
The plant superintendent also commented on the new plant that is currently being constructed. The trainees said afterwards that they feel more attached to the products after directly participating in the manufacturing process. The training was rounded off by a game of basketball, which helped to solidify the fellowship as colleagues.
The 3rd day of training awaited the trainees with on-site practical exercises. The trainees performed customer-facing sessions whereby they greeted the customers and helped them in using the products etc. So when the whole 4 day training program was over, every trainee agreed that they truly developed pride and passion towards CERAGEM.
