The Chinese corporation rewarded its best employees with an opportunity to study and train in Korea while experiencing the Korean culture. The ‘Korean Culture Experience Study and Training for Superior Employees’ was held from September 21 to 28. The goal of the training was to stir up their pride and perfect the quality of their work. 10 superior employees, including director Gwak Young of the production department, director Lee Hyang of the management department, and technology manager Jo Myeong Hwa, visited the Cheonahn head office and toured Busan and Seoul. On the day after their arrival in Busan, the international marine city, they visited Mount Yongdu, Jagalchi Market, the International Shopping Center, and toured the city itself. On the third day, they toured Seoul and experienced Korean culture as they visited Gyeongbok Palace, Lotte World, and the Cheongwadae.

On the morning of the 26th, they visited the Ceragem Cheonahn head office. After taking a picture with the employees there, they moved to the seminar room and held a round-table talk with Kim Ki Deok, member of the standing committee. Then they watched a public relations video and toured the production site. As they observed the manufacturing processesof the Ceragem Master, their appreciation rose for the luxurious heater, which is exported to many countries in the world.
“The active and dynamic Korean head office strengthened our pride as a Ceragem family member,” said the employees. Finally, the group took part in a luncheon with department managers, where everyone related and shared their ideas and opinions regarding developmental business cooperation.

When the events in Cheonahn drew to a close, the participants headed back to Seoul by bus. The Chinese corporation reiterated its purpose to use the Korean cultural study and training course to inspire their top employees to continue perfecting their work quality through encouragement and instilling a sense of belonging as Ceragem family members.
