Director Baek Sang Kyu of France conducted two market surveys on September 9th and 11th for 20 and 10 days, respectively, before establishing a presence in France on February 4th.
Director Baek, who has previous experience in thermal business administration, said that “the situation is France is not all in favor of the experience hall business but we will search for suitable business strategies,” showing great courage and is currently focusing on attracting clients.
France experiences more labor strikes than most other countries and is well known for its harsh business environment. It is extremely difficult to establish a company within or near the global tour city of Paris to an extent where Ceragem had to open a center in a satellite city of Puteaux. Also, the strong rights of the workers and favorable labor conditions are obstacles for a company that prioritizes customer service and employee training like Ceragem.
